Beoplay H9i distortion?

Hi guys, Is It just me with this problem? Listening to some tracks at higher volumes i start to hear different distortion in trebles and bass. I mostly listen via bluetooth and i use TIDAL with their loseless tracks. An example would be a song like Postmalone-Wow. Just me with this problem?☺️

Assuming you’ve tried just not listening to Postmalone () it’s fairly common I think. I rarely listen loud enough for distortion, but when I have gone louder I’ve noticed it but it’s only been at super high volumes. If yours are distorting at less than 60-70% they’re definitely faulty so get them repaired (and obviously distorting above 70% is still a fault, but a repair would be a waste of your time - all 3 pairs of H9i I’ve had have had it (none of them were faulty, I’ve just changed colour a few times 😂) so any repair won’t fix it if it’s a driver/amp/whatever issue). Really hoping they fix this in an update or with the next model. In the mean time it might be worth tweaking the EQ and seeing if it helps?

Of course i tried with different songs, and the conclusion is that it doesnt happen with all of them. But it’s kinda akward for a 500$ pair of headphones, and lets face it, these headphones doesn’t sound so loud, lots of people complained about this, and still, it cant manage to sound like it should at max volume, kinda dissapointing.
