I am thinking about putting the Beosound 1 in the bathroom - quite high up. Which remote will work with the BS1 - I know the Beo5/6 will and the Beo4 but wanted something specific and cheaper for the bathroom.
Would any older remotes work?

Rolf:A replacement remote from König
Have one, better forget it - range is much less and the buttons are not as logical as the BL1000.
And BL1000's are cheap meanwhile - between 20 and 30 EURs. (The König was some 12 EURs as I remember).
Definitely prefering the original.
I'm using the König near the bathtub - it it fell in no much damage done (and on bathing once a year the chance is low )
