So, as I didn’t find a stand for my 10-40, I used the motor stand from my 7-32 which I had swapped already for the table mount. With the BV 10-40 back plate, everything works wonderfully apart from the motor stand which has a DIN plug, the BV10 has an 8 pin Microfit.
And here’s my question:
who knows if it’s possible to change the DIN to a Microfit and where would I get the wiring diagram?
Thanks in advance.

Stand, 8 pin Micro-fit
Only just found this thread and I thought I would add a few notes as I have been experimenting with using BV7-32 stands for my BV10-32.
Firstly, an expensive solution to the OP's question could be to purchase one of these: https://shop.oneremote.dk/shop/69053-oneremote/4172-tv-stand-converter-snut/
When I purchased my BV10-32 I originally used a 10-32 motorised table stand (on the floor), but wanted to mount the TV a little higher. I experimented with BV7-32 floor stands but these were too high (plus had the incorrect connection), so I then combined the base of the BV10 table stand with the pole from a BV7-32 table stand - I just fed the base's cable/plug up through the pole. This worked fine, but I had to modify the BV7 stand's attachment bracket to prevent the TV from tilting backwards too far.
I have now found a proper BV10-32 motorised floor stand, hence the TV is now at the 'correct' height.
