Hi Beoworld
I got this Beocenter 9300, which I am really happy about. Everything plays fine (I use it mostly for playing vinyl through the phono input), however, the tape deck makes this high pitched noise after being on/selected for a few minutes, and then it just gets worse and worse.
I've tried giving the capstan a little sewing machine oil (after having it suggested to me on another forum) but that didn't work.
When it begins making the high pitched noise, I can make it stop temporarily by giving it a little bump.
I guess my ways of trying to fix it isn't really the best ones, so now I write to you here to ask for help on what to do.
Here's a video where you can hear the sound it is making.

I hope you can help guide me in the right direction. Thanks in advance.
Cheers, Peter
I tried giving it another round of lubricant and isopropyl alcohol cleaning, but it still seams to be bad. If I give it a little bump with my finger inside between the take-up reels it stops the noise for a short time (2 minutes), before it starts again.
Any suggestions what to do?
