Just connected Moment/A18/A19 to latest Samsung TV via wireless speaker option.  It is connected but it has lip sync issues.  Does anyone know how to correct this?

I guess you connected the Samsung TV to the Moment via bluetooth ? I'm afraid you'll not solve the lip sync issue as bluetooth adds latency, and, if your BL 18/19 are wireless connected, it also adds another small delay. There is an option in the Samsumg sound advanced setup to manage sound delays, but noz suitable for your requirement as it adds even more delay .... at least on mine, but give it a try.

Just to clarify - does your tv have analog line output?

Further, are there some settings for lipsync correction in the menu of the tv?

There is a tv - and there is a BV

Bluetooth (and potentially Wisa if your speakers are wireless too) introduces the delay hence the lip sync issue. There is an option in the Samsung advanced sound settings to manage the delay, but it will not solve your issue, it will even make it worse (based on my experience), but give it a try.

The Moment line-in connection is not an option either as (1) there is a delay that cannot be suppressed like in other B&O products and (2) Samsung may have optical out only ...

I connected my Samsung TV to the 18/19 speakers through a Core + Transmitter 1

Yes, Samsung tv has direct analog out connection as well.  Tv has delay sound options in ms intervals but not correcting the issue.
