Problems with Tune-In and Essence/A6

This evening all of a sudden, the Essence stopped playing Tune-In. The device made a clicking sound as if it was rebooting, but starting Tune-In does not work. The Essence skips from one station to another, but is not playing anything. Same behavior when trying to play Deezer. Spotify Connect works. On the A6 I have the same problem. What is wrong?

By the way, playing Tune-in on a Bluesound device is working, so I guess the issue is on the B&O side.

I already contacted the helpdesk. Anybody else has a similar problem?

Help much appreciated!

Update. Tune-in works again without making any additional changes

Same problem occurred tonight. Essence stopped playing Tune-in. When trying to play a radio station, the Essence made the beeping sounds as if it was rebooting. But nothing happened. The Essence jumped from one station to another without playing anything.

Rebooting the Essence through the app solved the problem.

Anyone having similar problems? Or solutions?

My setup was stable for months but is now having this behaviour twice in a couple of weeks SadSad

I've seen some strange behaviour on my M3 as well. Do you have an Essence Mk1 or 2? Did you use the new support feature of the app?

It is an Essence Mk2.

The first time I had the issues, I reported this to B&O via the app, but have not received any feedback. Sad

That’s why I didn’t bother to do so when the problem happened again. SadSad
