BeoLab 3500 loudness ON

Good day

I have the following setup

BeoSound 9000 + 2x BeoLab 3500  + BeoLab 4 + 2xBeoLink Active + 1xBeoLink Passive

I can NOT switch on Loudness on both my 3500s and BeoLab 4.

I can adjust volume/bass/balance but when trying to change loudness from OFF to ON nothing happens. It  shows OFF.

I've tried to do it with Beo4, Beo 1000.

Meanwhile, the loudness on BeoSound 9000 can be switched ON and OFF

Could You help me with this issue.

Did you try to adjust settings (on a beo4 remote) via List>A.SETUP>LOUDNESS? If not you have to add A.SETUP on the remote settings.

You should be able to change loudness when LOUDNESS is shown in the beo4 display by pressing the up and down arrow.

The display on your Beolab 3500 will show ‘LOUDNESS’ when loudness is on, and alternating ‘LOUDNESS’ and ‘OFF’ when loudness is off.

Thanks for the answer.

I tried to do it with Beo4, the issue is the same. I see loudness on 3500 lcd but when pressing up/down it shows only OFF, I can not switch it ON.
