I have been using Dish for many years and it works well with Beovisions and controlling through the puc. Does Direct TV work well also being controlled by the puc?

I’m using an Avant NG with DirecTV and it works well. Takes a little getting used to, but I rarely use the directv these days and stick to the beoremote.
