Hi!

I have received the RX2 from a family member. This is my first time transporting it, and I am trying to adjust the rim-brakes to stop the turntable platform from turning when I move it. However, the rim brakes seem to be stuck in the "open" position. I can not turn them to lock it. How do I turn the rim brakes?

I have searched for, and found a few posts on this issue, but have not found any solutions. Any feedback would help! Am I missing something?

Thank you!

Justin

They can bind immensely. A wide screwdriver that fits well into the slot is the way forward and they will rotate in a jerky fashion - or break...
If you plan to hand-carry the deck or just transport it by car, not turning the deck on its side or upside down there's no need to do anything as long as you are careful.
