Evening all, asking for some pointers again if possible.... Buying your beocollection nearly exclusively 2nd hand comes with its pitfalls, knowledge is one of them!

My beovision 10 has started coming on from Standby at 60 volume, is there a setting you can change for default start up volume? It’s been fine the last 6 months, just started doing it this week.

Also, my wife has decided she can’t be doing with the BR one that my BV10 came with, so I’m going to switch remotes with the (new style) BR4 that came with the V1. The BV10 has an Apple TV connected, how do I get the BR to switch to that source? It’s all mapped and working perfectly via the puc on the BR1.

On an entirely unrelated note, I only picked up a Beogram 1700 last week, with a new mmc20 pick up, and buy am I glad I did, sounds tremendous through the lab 9’s and courtesy of the moment I can multiroom it too!

I am using a Beo 4 with my Beovision 10, so I will try to help. For volume, after turning on press menu on Beo 4, on mine I need to press twice as first it brings up connected device menu then on second press brings up BV10 menu. In BV10 menu, select options, then sound, then adjustment, then select the default volume level.

As for the Apple TV, again go into the BV10 menu, select options then connections. It will list all devices connected to the puc and will display which button to press for each of them. Hope this helps.

Thanks Razlaw, the volume has been fixed. No idea how that was changed in the first place! I’ll check the sources when I get back from working away, much appreciated.
