With a local pickup? I don't think so, maybe it can be true. Check the seller's 100% positive comment (the one negativ buyer was a dishonest ebayer), IMHO it can be even true.
it was meant as tongue in cheek, hence the :-P symbol. I think I also made that point below the statement!!!
