Hi everyone.

I bought BC9000 and unfortunately the volume touch panel does not work. Its very strange becouse, once in 50 times will work.

Everything else works great.

I read that I can reset the memory NVRAM. Can anyone describe to me step by step how to do it. I didn't find it in Service Manual.

Maybe someone have other solution for me.

The most likely cause is that the glass panel is becoming lose as they will almost all be by now. In that case have it fixed.
Or - if it was already fixed, then it's often seen that too thick tape was used to fix it, thus not providing sufficient contact pressure to the underlying circuitboard.
Try using a little more (though still "controlled") finger-force when operating it, - if that makes it work the above diagnose is confirmed.

You have absolutely right :) When i try press touch panel harder than volume up/down works good. But i have to really hard press.
I ordered remote controller Beolink 1000 - and i will using as default for volume up and down.
Please confirm that Beolink 1000 is compatibile with my BC9000.
I have Beomester 3000 too, but souds from BC 9000 its mutch better than Beomaster. It s really fantastic sounds.
My BC9000 works with Beovox S45-2.

Many thanks for help.
