Connect non B&O amplifier to Beocenter/Beosound

Hi to all,

I want to drive some passive speakers, the Scan-Speak Ultimo, connected to a Cambridge Azur 8200P amplifier.

I will use one of the Powerlinksockets from the Beocenter/Beosound as an input, via DIN to 2x RCA cable, to the amplifier.

Can I adjust the volume with my Beo-remotes or do I really need a separate pre-amplifier?

Any suggestion about this setup?

Hi,

The Powerlink output is volume controlled, so you should not need a separate pre-amplifier.
