4002 resto where to start

Good mroning Beoworld!

I pickup a nice 4002, EN 20 styli looks good but the TT is not working correctly.  Here are the issues:

- When I hit start:

    - Tone arm lights up & moves to first track and needle drops as it should

    - Strobe light above control panel does not light ( 33 or 45 ).

    - Platter does not spin. ( has a belt as is in place )

    - When I hit stop, it moves back to home position but make a high pitch noise like it need lube.

This is where I am at and would like a logical sequence to address these issues as sometimes when you fix one thing it may correct 2 things:-)
