Hello

I want my Beolab 2 and 8000's played by an sonos connect, but then I need a powerlink trigger to turn the speaker on and off. But I want this automatic, so when I play no music the speakers turn off and when I play music the speakers turn on. Not manual, but by a device that deliver that signal.

Thanks for the help.

Hi Piet,

The cables that I usually make for the Sonos to Beolab 2 need manual control (https://soundsheavenly.com/line-in-connection/101-459-singletwin-rca-to-beolab-2-7-10-2500-powered-trigger-kit.html#/2-length-1m).  However, if you use the Tibo 2 wireless player instead of Sonos Connect then this has a Powerlink socket fitted to give full automatic control of the speakers:-

Kind regards, Steve.
