Beogram 8002 Sound Output issue

greetings I am brand new to this excellent forum and this is my first post. I did spend quite a bit of time reading about 8002 issues but could not find this one. 

First, the machine was one owner and installed and working perfectly at the house I bought it from .

I have since moved it carefully to mine and Its been sitting about 6 month and when I went to use it. now I can't get any sound out of it. 

I do hear faint sound from the needle. it tracks fine. etc. I also can hear faint sound when the volume is cranked up. MM-1 cartridge looks fine. YES Ive tried several amps. Same issue. 

 Are the cables a possible issue? Im hoping its not a board issue (read about those)  but no idea how to diagnose this one - FWIW he bought it new in 1995.
