Hello,
We recently bought a BeoVision 5 and are having a problem with the picture quality on it. When you look at the screen from a far the image seems slightly fuzzy and grainy like. When you then look closer to the screen you can clearly see Red, Green and Blue pixels constantly jumping around. When looking at a completely black screen it is very clear these pixels are dancing all over the screen.I can't think its a problem with dead pixels as all the pixels are showing up they just keep moving around. It isn't a problem with the source either as its the same from DVD and BT Vision box. Both working perfectly when tested on BeoVision Avant 32 RF. Please help.
