Volume Control for the Beolab 3500

Hi everybody,

I just connected a Beosound 4 to me Beolab 3500 through a masterlink cable and I am getting sound through the speaker but at only one level.

If I turn up or down the volume on the BS4 or if I use the Beo 4 remote the volume is indicated going up and down on the BS4 but with no reaction to the sound level from the BL3500.

Can anybody help please.

Right now your remote is addressing the BS4 directly.

If you have both devices in the same room, then you should set the BS4 to Option 0 and the BL3500 to Option 6. Then press LIST and find the LINK source button that you want to activate, e.g. L-RADIO or L-CD.

The BL3500 should respond to those link commands.
