When i first bought these and paired them with my windows 10 pc I was able to call via steam chat and other such programs while still maintaining good sound quality. All of a sudden people were unable to hear me unless I switched to hands free mode, which unfortunately gives me awful sound quality for all sounds being played back on my computer. I tried using a separate microphone and using stereo playback as my default output but nothing works. Has anyone resolved this problem?
