Beosound 3200 switching off whilst streaming via AUX input

Hello everyone

I’m a long time user of this excellent resource but posting for the first time today. I’m posting as I’ve not been able to find a solution through existing posts. 

I recently acquired a Bluesound Node 2i which I have connected to my Beosound 3200 via the DIN Auxiliary port. It worked well without any issues at first, however the 3200 has now started to switch off after a few minutes of usage. The system becomes non responsive - buttons on the system and remote don’t work. I need to remove the power source in order to get it started again. 

Keen to hear what may be causing this and how best to resolve. For reference, the 3200 is connected to my Beovison 10-40 and Beolab 8002 speakers via Masterlink.
