Problem uploading picture

Hi

 

Having à problem uploading a picture to this forum.  I’ve tried to do as suggested, choose the photo library option, choose one picture  but it says it is not an allowed file

 

Hope someone can help

What is the file size of the picture?

In line images are limited to 1mb
