Hi

I own a 9500 beocenter which has devoloped a cd fault, the cd spins and the laser reads but there is no sound. I know the cause, it is a solder joint on the cd pcb board, my problem is i cannot get the pcb board out from the unit,.The board comes away ok but there is an alloy frame that stops the pcb board from sliding out ( this is the frame that 2 screws from the pcb board is attached too) It looks like the silver alloy frame needs to be removed first so that the board can be freed. Any help with this would be really appreciated.
