Hello,

I’m in the mood of playing CD’s sourced on my BS3200 and notice a huge delay playing it on the NL side of my setup. Any tips how to solve or do I need an delay box?

I do not have sufficient knowledge on ML part, as all other components I use are NL. I want to use the speakers connected to my BS3200 as it is a stand alone in my lounge and want to use the Beo4 for full control.

Thanks for your guidance in this.

BV Harmony 65 / Eclipse 55 / BL 50 / 19 / 18 / BS 2 all brass

BV Horizon 48 / V1 40 / BL 17 / Beoplay S3 all black

V1 / BL 3 / BS Essence MKII / Beoplay A3 all white

BS Moment / BS 3000 / BS 3200 / BL 400 all silver

Headphones / bluetooth speakers / BLC NL-ML / BLGateway

I know…B&O virus has grown on me !

I tried using a delay box but couldn't get it to remedy the delay issue. My solution was to connect the speakers to the NL/ML Converter instead of connecting the speakers to the BeoSound. Then, I mapped the sources to be controlled via an IR receiver connected to the NL/ML Converter. This solution actually opens up a lot of source control that can be mapped to the IR input of the converter. Note that you can't just start playing the music on the BeoSound and get sound via the speakers on the converter. You must use the IR input of the converter to get the source placing on the speakers.
