One of my Beolab 8000s stopped working. It has the red LED, but won't go green. I took it apart and found the foam had turned to mush. It was bad over what I assume is a thermocouple to measure the heat of the heatsync.Cleaning it all off and assembling on the bench, it all worked (yay).

But after I re-assembled it, I'm getting the red LED of death. It may not be what I thought was the problem.

Is there a guide of what to check for? I am handy with a soldering iron, multimeter and have a cheap USB scope if needed.
