Thank you so much for your time I’ll try and make this short but detailed

A few months ago I couldn’t turn on my BeoVision 11 any further passed the scrolling Bang & Olufsen, it would do this and then switch off so I switched it off at the wall and came back to next day, all was fine except I had to re-add external speakers each time I switched on, so the other day I did a factory reset and now after turning on each time I have to go through the complete first time setup even if it was only turned off for a moment and on a side note will no longer connect to my network

Anyone experienced this or have a idea what may be wrong? 

Sadly my two local dealers have closed their doors a few years ago
