Hi
So I did a hard reset on my Mk4 BV11 and of course it wiped everything clean, without solving the original problem.
So all day has been spent resetting up all the losts... until
Trying to set up the PUC for a Samsung BlueRay and Apple TV. No options available.
Then I mistakenly (probably through utter frustration) selected option 4 on the master menu. Now all is dead dead dead!
The TV responds to nothing now. It has slid into a different universe.
Any ideas?
BV Harmony 65 / Eclipse 55 / BL 50 / 19 / 18 / BS 2 all brass
BV Horizon 48 / V1 40 / BL 17 / Beoplay S3 all black

I know…B&O virus has grown on me !
@beofile7
Did you try sending the Link command before the actual command (LINK-TV) respectively to use a Beo4 in Link-mode?
It should be possible to download the PUC codes again....of course they disappear, when you reset the tv.
By the way, what was your ‘original problem’?

There is a tv - and there is a BV
Thanks for the responses. I've sorted it now after many hours working on it. A reprogram of the Beo4 to option one allowed me to control the TV again and then it was a case of reprogramming everything again. The BlueRay and Apple TV would not get recognised and that took many hours this morning. I don't know why? But eventually it said "Hi" to them and PUC codes were successfully downloaded so we are all back where we were 2 days ago. The original problem is the TV randomly freezes and then shutsdown. It has done this since purchase from a well known reseller that refused any assistance!
