(sorry for my english, i'm french)
I try to repair my beocord 2000, i change belts. i can play an audiotape without problem now BUT the sound is a little weird sometimes : it slow down and seem to go left to right and right to left for a few seconds
i try with different audiotapes and i play audiotapes in an other player, no problem with audiotapes
after reading lot of subject about Beocord 2000, i decide to change R8 resistance, C200/208 (name is differente up and down the board) and C408. No change the problem is still here
I try with an "Car Cassette Adapter" this one https://www.amazon.fr/gp/product/B01I02WT94/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_image?ie=UTF8&psc=1
and with this the sound is OK, no problem ! So i think the problem isn't in the sound parts but with the player or motor parts ? (i'm not sure to be clear ?)
i have 13,8Volt at the motor.
Any ideas or what can i check or change ?

ProGram:Did you renew the pinch roller? Often they get spherical and cannot work evenly.
My first thought too.Clean tape path, capstan, pressure roller, heads etc.?Good quality tapes?And did you fit correct belts or some cheap stuff from China or Portugal? A motor overload can cause this too.

the pinch roller seems to be "normal" i don't change it,
I test with 4 tapes and i test with an other player, tapes works
I take belts from china
Correct spare parts for Bang & Olufsen from China? Ehh....The (toy-) belts sold there and in large numbers on Ebay are usually nothing but standard sizes and typically far too tight.If your motor bearings aren't already worn out from a too high sideways pull (it happens fast with the delicate sinter bronze bearings), I suggest you grab a set of correct belts (beoparts-shop.com) and try again. If the motor has suffered, I may be able to find a good original replacement.

in fact i have a little variation of volt at the motor.
my normal measure at the motor is 13,81 - 13,83 Volt (sound is ok)
sometimes the volt down to 13,68 - 13,75 for 1 seconds , it's when the sound become strange (a little slow)
I make some tests and measure and i am asking me if 13,8V is normal because it's indicated 14,3V
the transistor TR4 is ok ? or maybe he is a little too old ?
I check C1 / c2 / c3 / R3 / r4 / r5 / r6 / r7 / r9
I change c4 / c5 / c6 / c208 / C408 and R2 / R8

13.8V is a little low, but should be OK for the motor, - but it should run stabile and the voltage shouldn't drift like this.
Sounds like the motor is (or has been) running rough, (over-)loading the power supply.Wrong belts?...
Has R8 burned? That would be a clear sign of overloading (ref. the mentioning of this exact component in the link in my post above).
I suggest you replace R8 (note: it's a safety component, must only be replaced with a similar type), fit known correct belts (Beoparts-shop) and lubricate the motor bearings - if not already to late.If the motor has been damaged PM me or ask at Beoparts for a replacement, - R8 too and any other part you may need.

Yes R8 has burned and i replace it by same caracteristic
Before change motor and belt... even if i am not really sure to do this. Because i don't really need to play audio tape, i just like to have something who works fine :) and actually it's work but not totally fine :p
How can "lubricate the motor bearings" ?
