Beosound Moment died

Hello,

Some time ago my Beosound Moment died, the juke box is completely dark, no picture, no sound and can't get access. 

I have tried to reset both jukebox and soundheart but nothing happens.

I guess the JB needs to be fix or exchanged.

Anyone of you knows if this problem can be fix or should I order a new JB?

I bet the battery has died.  It's something a dealer could probably fix.  Or if you're technically inclined there's a training video on Youtube that explains how to replace the battery:

Do you believe that only becuase of the battery the system is not able even to start up?
