Hello all,
The transformer of my Beogram 4002 has blown. This is a type-5511 with two outputs voltages. The schematics of type-5501 shows only on output. I am considering making an external power supply. Can somebody tell me what voltages it was supposed to provide?
Thanks!
It needs to be rewound. If you cannot find a local transformer rewinder in your area, contact me offline.

i found a good working 4002 in holland for 90 euro so finely i can play my music again
Hello,
I finally found a transformer 2 x 24V 630mA for PCB 68 x 57 mm, height 35 mm. It takes place easily in the Beogram.
I also tried to supply directly the electronic board with one 24V DC supply and it works! Operating current is about 450mA. Indeed only one voltage is sufficient if you don't have the CD4 decoder. So in my opinion the easiest solution is to discard the original transformer and use a simple 24V/1A power pack.
