Is this rusty Beomaster 4500 dangerous??!

I bought this Beosystem for dirt cheap. But noticed that the beomaster look a bit rusty. So opened it up to se, it plays well but i don’t know if it is dangerous or if it affects performance. Does it look bad or is it fixable.
