Hi, quite new here!

I have a Beocenter 9500 and a pair of Beovox 5000 flat panels.
I’ve just moved, and noticed my new living room just doesn’t have enough wall surface to hang the speakers anywhere near correct height.
How critical it is to hang them on a wall? If I have some stands made and place them as NEAR a wall as possible, will they sound worse..? i

Years ago.....long ago - I made a test with the stand from the BS9000.

Did not work well - the 5000’s are made for hanging on the wall soundwise.....I can’t recommend that.

There is a tv - and there is a BV

Agree completely - these speakers have to be wall mounted - If you want freestanding speakers of this era, use Pentas.
