My Beogram CD 6500 has worked flawlessly for almost 30 years. Now it plays one specific CD with no problem, then it will play others after that one is finished. After resting over night, it will not play any other CD unless that one CD is played first. I opened up the unit and cleaned the laser lens to no avail. All other mechanics work perfectly. When I opened up the unit, I noticed that other CDs will not spin or spin briefly and stop, but this one CD spins immediately without issue. I have hundreds of CDs of varying types such as DDD, ADD, etc. And I have never taken it in for any maintenance. I need some help on solving this one.

Have you replaced C2103 and looked for cracked solder joints?
