Beocord 2000 type 2921 cassetteplayer, almost dead.

My Beocord 2000 does not start up anymore.

Even the standby led is not working.  The transformator is working fine.

I checked the led and its ok, I measured the voltage on the control board (number 3) and it is only 0.3 volt.

It should be around 5 Volt.

 Also I checked the transistors and they seem to be allright.

Can you adjust the voltage on the control board with potmeters or is it controled by transitors?

Help would be appreciated.
