Hello. My 4002 turntable appears to have a problem with what I think is the photo bulb. On plug 4, pin 2 (bulb /21v rail) measures 129 ohms to pin 10 (ground). Also the other bulb pin 7 (tr5 emitter/bulb) measures 17 ohms to ground (pin10). Measurements were made with plug disconnected from the circuit board. I assume this is why the fuse is blowing. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
