Beomaster 6000 Type 2251 Belt replace?

Hi,

Does anybody know how to replace the volume belt for a Beomaster 6000 Type 2251? 

Is it by removing the wheel, and if so how to do that?

Don't touch the indicator band or string.
Pull the pulley off the potentiometer shaft and, while holding the string tight, replace the belt and put the pulley back onto the potentiometer shaft.
