Hello!

I have Beolab 17, 12, and Beoplay A6 connected to Beosound Core, and I've been experiencing connectivity issues with Core that it won't wirelessly connect to anything ever since I moved to new home.

(Current Connection: TV ---(optical cable)--- Core ---(cable)--- Beolab 17 ---(cables)--- Beolab12  ///  Beoplay A6 via wifi)

It would stop playing to Beolab 17 and 12 in a second if it is:

1. played via bluetooth and airplay using iphones, ipads, androids, pc, or anything. It would play for one second and stop anything I play

2. played using 'multiroom' function linking it to Beoplay A6 on B&O app.

It will only play if it is played by physical input (Optical from TV, 3.5mm from phones).

Also, it will allow A6 to join and play using 'Multiroom'. does not work vice versa.

My family is very tired of no wireless capability.

I had local B&O store troubleshoot it, and they recommended sending it to the lab/factory for repair.

I did not do it because I was afraid if the repair will cost as much as buying a new one.

I tried factory resets, reboots, changing settings, and everything I can find on google.

Core is sitting right next to my router.. it can't be due to poor internet connection.

If anyone could tell me what I can try next, I would deeeeeply appreciate it....

Otherwise, I might end up buying another receiver... ): Do you recommend anything else besides Core? I've had Beolab Transmitter 1, and I wasn't very happy with it and bought Beosound Core...

Thank you for reading!

I would start by connecting the Core to the router with an Ethernet cable which is always better than WiFi

If AirPlay streaming has no more issue, then it would indicate a WiFi issue with your Core. If AirPlay streaming is still an issue, you may have a wider WiFi issue.

I would also test some internet Chromecast streaming while the Core is wired to the router to identify any router issue.

Have you run the WiFi diagnostics from the Core configuration screen? There are a lot of valuable information here about the WiFi environment that could help identifying potential issue (perturbations, crowded channels, etc...)
