I have this headphone since 2 years now this issue bugging me the most that its proximity sensor keeps pausing the music for everything. If hair touches it, if you sit too close to the window on a train, plane, car same thing it just keeps turning off and at the end I have to keep holding my head straight.

I wonder if anyone knows about a firmware upgrade or some trick to disable the proximity sensor in these because it's more than annoying on the long run.

You can turn it off in the app.

For normal use it needs time to calibrate when you turn on the headphones. Do as follows:

Turn on headphones while holding them I. Your hands. Wait until white light turns off. Enjoy.

"You think we can slap some oak on this thing?"

Yes, the correct procedure is as stated by leosgonewild. I have learned it via the after sale service with a faulty pair as it’s not stated on the quick user guide on the box!!
