I cannot figure out how to attach the metal stands to the speakers.  I can get them to hook on but not securely.  They point to the floow not up.  There are metal brackets at the top and he bottom.  Cannot get both the latch on the speaker.  I tried removing the built in floor bracket/stand but it did not help at all.  The stands then had no place to latch.  Any pictures or videos available online?

Hi

If I remember correctly you lift the speaker on the "hook" of the stand.

To adjust the angle/tilt there are two threads in the speaker in the bracket where the stand hooks on. You put a bolt/screw in the lower thread before putting the speaker on the stand.

Adjusting the screw will adjust the angle/tilt.

I am new to the forum so I may have clicked on the wrong button to reply to  your answer.   It worked brilliantly.  Thanks so much. For some reason I though it hooked on more securely but gravity does all the work on this design and the screw is just brilliantly simple engineering!

Hello, I have the same speakers RL140's. I don't however have the stands.

Could you do me a favour and put up the dimensions and the metal size.

I will try and make up a pair so I can start using the speakers. Thank you
