Beolab 3500 dows not play via MCL

Hello everybody

I have 2 Beolab 3500  which behave different

used connecting equipment :

• Music Source: Headphone Output from Beosound 2300
• Cable : "IPOD/TV/AIRPORT EXPRESS TO BEOLAB 3500" from "Sounds Heavenly"
• BL3500[1]: Serial 15015354 = mk.1 [SW2.0]
• BL3500[2]: Serial 13185390 = mk.1 [SW1.2]
• Remote Ctrl: Beo 4 KeyIn "Menu-0-4-Go" to switch BL3500 on 

Test Setup

• with BL3500[1]: Display change to "MCL SEL." + Relais Click + Music starts 
• with BL3500[2]: Display change to "MCL SEL." + Relais Click + NO Music

any ideas?
