How do I remove fabric cover on Beovo/Lab Pentas

Can someone tell me how to remove the fabric front covers on My Beovox and Belolab Pentas.

From a couple of the poor quality photos I have seen of the clips, it looks like they pull stright towards you if you at the front. I have had a "pull" on them but I'm worried to pull too hard as they are old and I don't want to snap anything. I also don't know where to grab! Or do you lever them off?
