Hi,
I just bought a new Apple TV HD to replace the old one. Can anyone explain me how I can install it so I can use my Beoremote One like I used to do? Do I need to connect the PUC at the exact same place as before?
Thanks

Depends what the old one was, but for the Apple TV HD the IR sensor is about an inch from the left hand edge - opposite the Blue LED.
Thanks for your quick reply Guy!
Apart from this PUC connection issue, I did all the connections but there is no picture on my BV screen... Like if the BV do not see the ATV... Any thoughts?
Maybe it's a resolution problem.
Using the Siri (Apple TV) remote, press Menu and Volume Down for 6 seconds and then release. The Apple TV will cycle through all resolutions (changing every 20 seconds) and you will get a chance to accept any that work using the Siri remote.
Sort out the Apple TV picture first, and then worry about PUC control.
Hi Guy,
I found the problem, it seems that my HDMI cable was a bit old... Tried a new one and the picture appears on screen now 👌
Then I still have some issue with the PUC, I did move the PUC on the IR sensor as you told me but it doesn't work. Do I need to download a new PUC or do some adjustments on the TV?
As for placement, try out some positions......it will eventually work.
And yes, I would recomment downloading and installing the newest ATV PUC.
Nothing more to do, then.

There is a tv - and there is a BV
Hi, thanks guys! It works perfectly now. It appears that the position of the IR sensor on ly ATV is where the blue light is.
