Hi people,
I have a nice old B&O TV-cabinet, that I want to use together with my Beogram 4002. The cabinet has a radio and amplifier unit built in, and everything is working. The problem is, I want to connect the amplified signal to a new system (Beosound Core) which requires a 3,5 mm jack Line in signal. But there doesn’t seem to be a line output on the amplifier, other than a speaker output and two connectors I can’t identify… They look like 3 pin DIN speaker sockets. But that doesn’t solve my problem, or does it? Can I use a speaker signal?

I have been searching a little and here is what I found out:
The wooden cabinet is for a Beovision 1800 television. The radio unit is a Beomaster 900. The drawer between the speakers is meant for a Beogram 1000.
I have included a picture of the sockets on the Beomaster 900.
The top two sockets look to be for speakers. There I guess you can use 2-pin speaker cables eventhough there is a third hole in the socket.
Perhaps someone with experience explain the socket types.
Don't know how you can connect the units you write about.

A line-out signal is likely available on the "Tape O__O " 5 pins Din connector (Bottom-left on Champbeo's picture).
The bottom-right connector Q is for a record player.

I’ve heard about the Tape connection being a line-out, but I can only get noise out of it. Maybe it needs a hifi-doctor…
I was also pretty confident that the tape connection was only for input. Does such a connection work both ways?
Standard Din-5 pins connector contains 2 input pins for recording, 2 output pins for play and one Pin for Ground/shield.
I figured it out! It seems like the real problem is, that there was no RIAA in neither my vinyl player or radio unit. So the solution was sadly to just buy an external amplifier and use that without my cool Beomaster 900.
