Another question...

So I want to hook up my tv receiver to the tv in the best way possible.  The receiver has the y pb pr  outputs and the Beovision has the same inputs.  I've never used these outputs before.  I see on the back of the tv there is also an input with Right and Left for the sound, but they are covered.  There is also two inputs labled H and V.  What are these for?

So I'm guessing I can use the y pb pr for the picture, but have no way to receive the sound this way?

That would leave me with RCA (composite) video inputs thru VTape or one of the other inputs I guess.

Sound can be achieved by using digital input, probably digital coax for surround sound or with a scart to rca converter using the scart input.

Not owning a BV 5, basically setup an input like AV2 with AV2 Scart adapter using rca inputs and choose HD Component YPbPr Input for HD picture (limited to 720p, probably 60 Hz - be sure to set-up input device correcty).

Sorry, you don‘t seem to use scart in the US of A.

So RCA is already there.

Hope my first post was helpful nonetheless…
