Beovision 5 not starting - Panasonic Panel 2 red led blinks

Hi everyone

My Beovision 5 plasma TV gave up yesterday. The Panasonic Panel reference is à TH-42PW5. After searching for around 2 hours, finally traced that the SC Board was faulty, but why?

It was just 2 cownnectors with bad solder joints. As when hot the panel started but touching S20 or 21 it was back to 2 red  blinks.

I let it cool down and now I have to try 2 times to hold the green led. It's better but not good. 

But now when cold I have to restart 2 times befofore it holds the green led. 

When taking of the screws the SC board is noisy but more than it should even with screws and washers.
