Beosound5 encode alphabetical order

Hi

 

I have set up beosound5 encore working properly now, just one problem seems to appear. In browser mode, I can not see the alphabetical order while selecting between albums and artist. Normally, beosound5 would shows a "a-z' letter , for example the beosound5 should show the letter L in column if I want to select an album name starts with L. But my encore does not show the letter L in column. I am wondering where could be wrong.

Just give the selection wheel a real hard spin

What do you mean hard reset? Set it back to manufacture setting?
