Hi, I have an A6 which after 10-15mins of playing music at 20 to 30% starts to turn its volume down by its self, and the back feels a little warm.
I can anyone help as B&O says it cannot as they say parts are no longer available and I may as well scrap it!
They did offer 15% off a new Beosound 1.
I cannot believe in this day and age that they cannot repair an item, so much for B&O’s being environmentally friendly.
Can anyone help?
I had exactly the same issue a few years ago with an A6. I was told it was a faulty board and was not repairable. The dealer also told me it was becoming a regular issue and offered me a discount on a new product as compensation.
Sorry that doesn't really help you...

..and it all started 20 years ago with a pair of B&O A8 Earphones...
Can you remember how much they offered you?
It’s really shocking that the response is you have to scrap something that’s not really that old, like it’s some cheap piece of disposable tat.
I wonder how this would fit in with the new consumer laws that are coming in concerning right to repair?
From memory, after a lot of back and forth with support, I ended up with 20 or 25% off an M5.
