Hi all, my lovely beolit 15 has a blown woofer speaker. This is the 5 inch speaker in the cabinet. I've taken it out and tested it and its blown. I would like to get a replacement speaker as I've been quoted very high prices to have this speaker repaired. Does anyone know where I can get a replacement woofer? I contacted B&O and they were no help, in one email they said to take it in to get repaired and then in another email they admitted there are no spares parts for this product. They also will not tell me the specs on the speaker so I can find my own replacement. Not very helpful!
The speaker has 2 stickers on it, one says "FSBA24054-0402" and the other says "1054152B3961" I think the later is the serial number.
I hope someone can help, as it seems such a waste of a product that otherwise is in perfect condition.
