I recently bought some bunny ears for my Beomaster 4500 and now realise they don't fit !
There's no problem in making a mounting bracket and as the system will be wall mounted it'll be tucked away.
The only query I have is regarding the actual FM connector on the Beomaster - I seem to have 2 males, 1 on the busy ears, one on the Beomaster.
Is that correct ?
I have experience that problem with B&O tuners. It is easily resolved by using one of these: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B081TV82Q1/ref=twister_B081TSHZFS?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Numpty alert ! having rooted around in my box of bits, I came up with exactly the part you kindly linked to. It had been in there for many years and reinforced my adage of never throwing anything away when it comes to workshop stuff.
I then took a closer look at the male part of the bunny ears (that sounds VERY wrong...) and discovered that a previous owner had actually snapped off the receiver part of the connector, inside the bunny ears bit.
The upshot is that my bunny ears actually have a female connector and now fit perfectly into the Beomaster, having removed the offending male parts.
There's a test on this later for those of you not paying attention.
Happy days !
