I have a Beogram 7000 System that has a pair of RL140 Speakers. I want to use them but I do not have the stands.

I have tried looking online for a pair without success. I am going to fabricate a pair but I do not know the exact dimesions and metal size.

I would appreciate it if anyone has a  pair of these stands and would let me have the info on size etc;

Thanks

As far as I remember two different versions were made for these speakers.

Just have a look:

first version:

second version:

I'll try to make some photos at the weekend.

Hi,

the stands seems to be different for the RL 140 and the later RL 7000

RL 140 product page on beoworld.org:

Beovox RL 140 Passive Loudspeakers (beoworld.org)

RL 7000 product page on beoworld.org:

Beovox RL 7000 Passive Loudspeakers (beoworld.org)

I got the RL7000 speakers with stands. I can do some measuring if you'd like... but cannot help you with the RL 140.

Regards

Ravsted

Hi thanks for that, yes the Redline 140 stands are unique to these speakers. They are quite hefty 700 tall x 500 wide and 200 deep. once I get the measuremet¡nts I can make them in a day. I have welding gear etc;

I have photos in my media files but for some reason or other they won't load.

Cheers

Hi.

I have just done some VERY basic CAD drawings of my Redline RL 140 speaker stands, which I will attempt to upload here.  This is my very first post here, so apologies if the document doesn't appear.  When using the drawings, you should "ignore" the appearance/proportions of the diagrams as they do not reflect the actual measurements (also my first CAD drawings).  Just use the handwritten measurements (the rest is as a guide only).  I am planning on replicating these myself as I have another pair of the 140s without the stands.  If anyone has the measurements for the RL 45/60s, I would really appreciate them as I am doing this project with a friend who needs the smaller ones.

Cheers

Hi

Thanks for that. That is very kind of you and will get them made when I am A1.

I have just fallen from some scaffolding and broke my left wrist (It's in Plaster) and badly bruised my right shoulder. Apart from that raring to go.

Cheers

I am sorry but I am still not A1, I have damaged the nerves in my left arm and the hospital does not know how long it will take to mend.
