I can use google chromecast to signal/hear sound but cannot change the sound setting with the remote. I have the beo link 1000 and the large touch screen remote also not signaling to the receiver nor the other components. Thoughts on how to link or reset to operate the remotes to utilized the system.
You haven't said which Beomaster you are using, but with the system at standby try pressing SOUND 1 STORE on the Beolink 1000 and see if it starts working.
